Warner Design Associates

Established in 1991, Warner Design Associates specializes in interior design and purchasing for Senior Living Communities throughout the United States, including new construction and renovations.

Owners Mark and Cynthia Warner are personally involved in every project. Our designs enhance the continuum of care for senior living. Our projects include: independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, gero-psychiatric, adult day care/respite care, as well as hospice care. Our team of interior designers are professionals, experienced in both "Not for Profit" and "For Profit" sectors of the industry.

Warner Design Associates, (dba WDA, inc.), has an established reputation for designing environments that allow the residents choice, while optimizing privacy, dignity, and an active lifestyle. Our designs promote health and wellness by incorporating fitness and aquatic centers. We understand that amenities, such as alternative dining options, onsite healthcare, and access to the arts and higher education, are important design strategies for communities wanting to compete in the current senior market.

We also believe that it is our responsibility to create environments that include technology through wireless internet access and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. Recent projects have featured high tech theaters, business centers and digital communication displays, just to name a few.
