Collaboration is the key to our interior design process, both with our clients and with each other. As a boutique design company, we have no B Team – just an A team that’s entirely dedicated to your project.
We work synergistically, sharing ideas and offering creative suggestions. Cynthia and Mark provide guidance as needed throughout the different phases of the interior design process.
We like to think of you, your architect and Warner Design forming a three-legged stool. Each leg is equally important in supporting the project, and alignment is essential. To ensure the best results, good communication and collaboration are necessary through all the phases of interior design. Before we actually start drafting, we evaluate the following:
Delving into the Details
We pay close attention to every aspect of your job through every aspect of the interior design process. Sustainability is an overarching concern. The durable interior finishes and senior-friendly furnishings we present for your consideration come from a tried and true 20-year database. We factor the flow of the space, the comfort of the inhabitants and the convenience of the staff into our design. To help you visualize the proposed design, we deliver extremely detailed and accurate specs including images of furnishings, window coverings and way finding signage packages. Our contractor-friendly construction documentation is detailed, complete and highly specific.
Relationships Built on Results
Our hands-on approach to every assignment builds trust and long-term client relationships. Having renovated or repositioned communities several times over, we have learned a lot from experience. Repeat business is a great opportunity to refine our work based on how our designs have held up aesthetically and operationally over a 7 to 10 year period.
CAPEX and Cost Control
We have a thorough understanding of the costs of interior finishes and furnishings, for both new construction and renovation projects. We are experts in managing CAPEX dollars to make sure you always get the most for your money. To reduce the possibility of contractor change orders down the road, we provide you with detailed, highly accurate contract documents and specs. As the guardians of your interior design budget, we have built fiscal responsibility into every aspect of our interior design process.
